Founder and Director, God’s Grace Foundation
With a passion and mandate to empower and inspire people and give them the opportunity to succeed in life, Dupe set up God’s Grace Foundation to transform the lives of children and young people by creating opportunities to help them develop their skills and achieve their potential to the fullest. She believes that everyone has the ability to realise their potential and achieve their dreams if they believe in themselves, regardless of their background.
She also sits on the Parenting and Family Support Joint Commissioning Board in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. This is a board that meets regularly to improve outcomes for children and families in Greenwich. Dupe’s passion to empower children and give children and young people the opportunity to succeed in life is evident in her daily interactions, networking and personal development.
Dupe is available for speaking engagements and delivering workshops on the subject areas of youth, personal development and effective parenting. Dupe’s professional background is in Finance and she is a qualified PTLSS trainer/teacher and part-qualified management accountant.
Deborah is a young Psychology postgraduate student passionate about inspiring young adults to become all that they were destined to become. With a strong desire to see individuals fulfilled and operating at their full potential, Deborah has a strong belief that each and every one of us is created with so much potential! One of Deborah’s strongest motivations in life is centred on self-discovery and empowering others, particularly youth, to do the same.
Coming from a Christian background, Deborah firmly stands by the belief that everything we ever need to succeed is already within us. “Our task, as we go through life, is to uncover and unravel the wealth we have within.” Deborah joined God’s Grace Foundation in 2011. Since joining Deborah has been involved with the Girlz Empowered programme as well as the Parenting Workshops.
Patrick Avon Defoe Jr
Patrick is a man passionate about seeing youth empowered. Through the use of his personal experiences and natural ability to engage youth Patrick delivers empowering Personal Development workshops in a fun and dynamic way. He is a strong believer in the power of exposure. Through exposing youth to possibilities, concepts and by helping them to set goals and establish healthy values he is convinced they can aspire to become the best version of themselves and be leaders in their own generation.
Since joining GGF, Patrick has been involved in the Boyz Excel programme. He also works as a manager at Marks and Spencer he has an avid interest in sports, health and fitness he enjoys reading, running marathons also learning languages.
Programme Manager (West Africa)
Tolu has a great passion for young children. She believes that “every child that God allows to come into this world is special and has a great destiny to fulfil, irrespective of the circumstances that surround them.
A graduate of fine & applied arts with great creative abilities. Tolu is also the Director of “De22 concepts”, an organisation passionately into fashion designing, crafts and African fabrics. Since joining God’s Grace Foundation in 2013, she has been involved in youth mentoring and general administration.
